What You’ll Experience

Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through a progressive, nurturing program that combines science, movement, and mindful awareness.

Each class weaves together:

  • Hypopressives, Pilates, Biomechanics & Franklin Method imagery for safe, effective physical support

  • Gentle energy-based practices to calm the nervous system and help your body feel safe to release and rebuild

  • Breath and awareness as the foundation for true strength

You’ll learn how to move with connection instead of control - discovering how support naturally rises when the body feels trusted.

Through this journey, you’ll:

  • Rebuild your pelvic floor safely and effectively

  • Ease symptoms of leaks, heaviness, or prolapse

  • Improve posture, breathing, and balance

  • Develop a daily relationship with your core and pelvic floor

What’s Included

6 Weeks of Live Classes Commencing 4th November

  • Two 60-minute live online sessions each week with Rachael - blending Hypopressives, Pilates, Biomechanics, Franklin Method, Restorative Movement & Energy Practices.

  • Classes are every Tuesday & Friday at 12-1pm Uk time.

  • Course runs from 4th November - 9th December

  • All classes are recorded and available for six months, so you can follow along in your own time.

Weekly Meditation

A short pre recorded guided meditation will be sent to you each week to ground, calm, and reconnect. These become your anchor between classes to deepen your embodiment of true pelvic strength and empowerment.

  • Week 4 - Cycles & Womb Wisdom
    Deepen your connection to your cyclical nature and the intelligence of your womb space (whether you have a physical womb or not) - working with (not ignoring) your natural rhythms.

  • Week 5 - Diaphragm, Digestion & Letting Go
    Discover how freeing your diaphragm not only supports digestion, posture & pelvic floor but also invites emotional and energetic release. By softening habitual tension and reclaiming a full, natural breath, you create space for movement, flow, and calm strength to return.

  • Week 6 - Integration & Your Dynamic Core
    Feel the transformation from within - your body moving as one connected, intelligent system.

Rachael Hall is a movement educator and women’s health specialist with over 23 years of teaching experience.

Her integrative approach blends Pilates, biomechanics, hypopressives, Franklin Method imagery, and gentle energy-based practices to support strength, balance, and deep reconnection.

Rachael’s work is grounded in compassion and body-led wisdom - guiding you to rebuild from the inside out with awareness, ease, and trust.

Through her signature program, The Ultimate Pelvic Floor Plan, and her live classes, she has supported thousands of people in easing and eliminating symptoms, rebuilding confidence, and restoring their connection to the core of who they are - both physically and emotionally.
