It is a common and natural response to feel nervous or stressed around an upcoming exam, assessment, performance, interview or if we are facing a particularly challenging situation in our lives.

In fact, a bit of anxiety & stress can be beneficial to our overall performance - it mentally helps us to prepare, to be alert & focused & can be motivating.

However if these feelings of stress and anxiety become too overwhelming & persistent, this can lead to a negative impact on our performance, and most importantly our mental & physical health.
