What is our common response to neck and shoulder tension? - Usually it is reactive, dealing with symptoms rather than the cause.
By understanding the mechanics of the shoulder girdle our shoulders and neck become a place of ease and comfort 

 In this workshop you will:

  • Experience the power of Imagery, touch and movement exercises to lengthen and balance shoulder and neck musculature
  • Learn how to melt away tension and associated mental anxiety
  • Experience how the design of the shoulder girdle suspends from the ribcage
  • Learn the experiential anatomy of the shoulder girdle and benefit from and increased awareness of the function and interaction of associated joints and muscles.
