When we work together in my workshops and programs, I will guide you to:

  • When your body feels “off”, you know exactly what to do to ease the tension


Because when you build a strong, loving relationship with something, your attention is what really nourishes it.

Think about it:  When you begin an intimate relationship with someone, you find out whether he or she is a morning person.  What food they like.  Their favourite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon.  How they like to be touched.  

You may think that you really know your body.  But how long have you been told to control it?  “Hold this”, “squeeze that”, “tuck this” “lower that”.  

When you learn about the intricate functions that happen inside you, inside that beautiful masterpiece that is your body, you’ll treat it better.  Not because you should.  But because your deep love and appreciation compels you to.
